The Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) is a private, not for profit organization responsible for providing access to affordable telecommunications services through the Universal Service Fund.
USAC administers four Universal Service support mechanisms for:
- High Cost
- Low Income
- Rural Health Care
- Schools & Libraries
