Congratulations to the entire NECA family for 25 very successful years in serving the telephone industry and their customers.  In its formative stages, NECA was considered by many to be just a temporary entity, needed only to facilitate the transition to a competitive industry.  NECA's continued strong embrace of its core values including integrity, even handedness, ever improving efficiency, superior professional and technical competence and teamwork has been key to why our industry continues to seek NECA's leadership. I am very proud to have been a part of NECA's great contributions to Universal Service.  I wish you well in your continued success.
