When Tariff No. 4 is filed with the FCC, it is divided into four basic sections:
- Administration
- V&H
- Billing Percent
- Subtending
The exchange carrier data sections (V&H, Billing Percent, and Subtending) are sub-divided by state. The Billing Percent section includes both Single State Section and Multiple State Sections.
The entire tariff consists of 273 files totaling approximately 25,000 pages. When zipped, the files are compressed into approximately 6 meg.
