NECA files tariffs with the Federal Communications Commission on behalf of those companies participating in them. Tariff No. 4 contains billing information related to the services offered by its participants and the locations at which the services are available. Customers use Tariff No. 4 to verify the accuracy of bill rendered by the tariff participants. Tariff No. 5 contains the rates, regulations and descriptions of the various types of interstate access services offered by the tariff participants.
