Complete Company Code (OCN) Directory - Company Codes are assigned to all telecommunications service providers for unique identification. They are used in mechanized systems throughout the industry to facilitate the exchange of information. NECA assigns all company codes, including Combined Entity Company Codes (CECCs).  Company Codes/CECCs are also known as Operating Company Numbers (OCNs).

ITU Carrier Codes - The ITU Carrier Code (ICC) is a six-character or less alphanumeric code, which is unique within a given country.   ICCs identify network operators or service providers ("Operators") recognized by the national regulatory administration in a specific country and may be used for electronic commerce between Operators and for the designation of resources in networks.

Cellular SID Adminstration - NECA offers a cellular SID administration service which enables companies to request a new SID assignment, return an assigned SID that is no longer being used, or update administrative information associated with an existing SID.
