Signing up with NECA provides you with our expertise and excellent customer service, and allows us to update and maintain your Local Number Portability (LNP) data, while freeing up your company’s resources for day to day operations.

Signing Up for NECA's NPAC service is easy to do.

Step 1: Complete the Service Contract (don't forget to indicate Plan choice).

Step 2: Attaching the sign up fee to the Service Contract. For credit card payments, please contact the Billing Specialist at 973-884-8104.

Step 3: The Number Portability Team will assist you in the completion of all the necessary forms that you would need to finish as you transition into LNP.
