The Tariff No.4 Online System locks on the 6th of every month. If the 6th falls on a holiday, or over a weekend, the system will lock on the previous Friday. On the day occuring 15 days before the last day of the month, a new version of the tariff is filed with the FCC. This filing takes effect on the first day of the following month.
Changes in Tariff FCC No. 4 must be entered into the Tariff No. 4 Online System by the sixth calendar day of the month in order to be effective on the first of the following month.
