Tuition Aid - After six months of service, employees are eligible to participate in the Tuition Aid Program. The program pays 100% for tuition, recurring fees, and required textbooks. The annual dollar limit for undergraduate courses is $7,500 and $10,000 for graduate courses. Courses must be part of a job/Company related degree program. Satisfactory completion is required.
