Required FCC action in 2008 and 2009 on various forbearance requests

Pursuant to Section 10(c) of the Communications Act (47 U.S.C. 160(c)), failure of the Commission to act on a petition for forbearance within one year after the file date shall be deemed granted.  However, the Commission is allowed one (1) 90-day extension of the response deadline.  

Below is a list of upcoming FCC deadlines re: active forbearance requests:
