The Interstate TRS Fund reimburses providers of Internet relay service for all completed minutes except for those associated with international calls. Video relay service providers are reimbursed for all completed minutes.
The Terminating Call/Minute Report for each service lists the number of completed calls and minutes terminating in a particular state, including the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, and to toll-free and 900 numbers. The number of video relay service calls terminating internationally is also listed. The number of providers reporting data is noted at the bottom of each report.
