Annually, the TRS Fund Administrator collects cost, rate, demand and minute projections from relay service providers and state administrators to determine the funding requirement for the next July - June funding period. The "Relay Services Data Request" forms and instructions are distributed to TRS Relay Service Providers and State TRS Administrators. After the information is analyzed, the fund filing is developed and submitted to the FCC, as required, on May 1 of each year.
