Course: Access Service Requests (ASR) Target Audience: For personnel who need to know how to read and interpret ASR’s for accurate billing and provisioning of access services, including CABS personnel and technical staff. Description: A one day session that covers either Switched Access, Special Access or a combination of the two needed to properly bill access tariff rate elements to access customers.Discussions of ASR forms focus specifically on the information needed to provide accurate access bills and a detailed review of miscellaneous non-recurring and testing charges.

Course: Asynchronous Transfer Mode – Cell Relay Access Service (ATM-CRS) Target Audience: For personnel who are involved with billing rate elements associated with ATM-CRS and for technical staff.
