NECA Members

More than 1,300 local telephone companies, or exchange carriers, are members of NECA. Membership is defined by FCC rules and has three divisions, or subsets:

• Bell Operating Companies (Subset 1)
• Other telephone companies with annual revenues of $40 million or more (Subset 2)
• All remaining telcos (Subset 3)
