Member services are administered through
five regional offices, which serve as your first point of contact for questions on access
tariffs, settlements, billing and a host of other topics. Our member service employees review and analyze cost and average schedule company data, helping to ensure members’ compliance with FCC rules and procedures. They also provide training on
a wide variety of subjects, in classes held in central locations within each region or at members’ sites.
Tariff No. 5 – rates and regulations applicable to interstate access services
Tariff No. 6 - rates and regulations applicable to Business Data Services access services
Tariff No. 4 – wire center and interconnection information for the ordering, billing and provisioning of access services
Tariff No. 3 – rates and regulations applicable for the special construction of facilities used to provide interstate access services
Universal service programs include high cost loop support and local rate floor data, as well as data submissions to USAC and the FCC.
