GTR
The GTR provides additional information on FCC rules of particular interest to rate-of-return telecom carriers, including summaries of key FCC and U.S. Court of Appeals orders and decisions that have changed or interpreted the rules. As a research aid, embedded in each summary are links to the full orders or decisions. Each section also contains a chronology that lists all orders that have changed that section, with links to the relevant action.
