Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.), Chair of the House Subcommittee on Communications and Technology, introduced a bill entitled the "Open Internet Preservation Act," which will amend the Communications Act of 1934 to: ensure internet openness; prohibit blocking of lawful content, applications, services and nonharmful devices; and prohibit impairment or degradation of lawful internet traffic. |  Press Release
