Washington report – change is inevitable, broadband is constant

It certainly has been an interesting winter in Washington with the beginning of President Joe Biden’s administration, his designation of Commissioner Jessica Rosenworcel as acting chairwoman of the FCC, and changes in congressional leadership of the committees with oversight responsibilities for the FCC and telecom issues.
